Wedding FAQ's
1) What is the first step to take in using Lily's Floral Design?
The first step would be to either contact us via our enquiy page on the website, to telephone the shop or pop in and see us.
2) What happens next?
We will then arrange a Free of charge, no obligation consultation with our excellent floral designers.
Afther that we will then send you a quotation for the cost for the wedding flowers.
3) How long is the quotation vaild for?
The quotation is vaild for a period of 14 days.
4) Will we have to pay for the Wedding flowers in one go?
We are more than happy for you to pay for your wedding flowers weekly or monthly which ever is best for you.
All we do ask is, that any monies owed to Lily's Floral Design be recieved at least 4 weeks befoer the date of the wedding.
5) Will we have to collect the flowers in the day of the wedding?
This is enitrly your choice. We have found from experience, that is its best if we deliver the flowers to you.
6) Will you deliver Buttonholes to a differnt address?
Yes, but Lily's Floral Deisgn reserves the right to make a small charge if the distance between addresses is quite far.
7) Do you charge a 'Set up' fee for the Reception venue?
No. If the venue is more than 10 miles from the shop we will make a charge of £1 per mile for every mile after the first 10miles.
8) Can we hire Vase or Stands from you?
Yes. Vase Hire is £5 per vase (usually included in the cost of the table center). And stand hire is £10.
9) What happens if a Vase is broken,lost or stolen?
In this event, the full retail value of the vase becomes payable by you.
10) If we hire the Bay trees from you will we have to pay a deposit?
Yes we require a £40 deposit for the Trees. This will be refunded to you on the Bay trees being returned to
Lily's Floral Design in the same condition they we supplied.
